This course is designed to introduce student on the various aspects of Swimming. Including the History and Background of Swimming, Benefits of Swimming, Basic Requirements of Swimming, Rules for Pool Use, Swimming Equipments and Facilities, Diving Equipment, Basic Safety Guidelines, Basic Guidelines for Safe Diving, Guidelines in Open Water, Water Emergencies, Rhythmic Breathing and Bobbing, Floats, Glides, Kick, and Drowning, Tread and Sculling.
