Specialized Crime Investigation 2 (With Simulation on Interrogation and Interview)
This course provides emphasis on the constitutional rights of persons arrested placed under investigation, search, and seizure. It takes on the conduct of Interview and Interrogation of suspects, person of Interest, and witnesses and simulates on the different crimes against person, economic crimes, and other special laws on transnational and organized crimes. The evidence required and report writing.
