First Aid and Water Safety is a study which involves the skills development of the student relative to the application of first aid principles and procedures as well as of water safety. It also covers those devotes to enhance the knowledge of the students in applying basic first aid and security measures to crime incidents (crime scene) in order to pacify emergency services while protecting the integrity of the crime scene.
The course is intended for criminology students as an avenue of learning wherein first aid skill must be expected from the learners as a necessity to a becoming law enforcement and public safety practitioner.
